To show your support and appreciation of our postdocs, we welcome you to stop by the Division of Graduate Education and Postdoctoral Affairs (GEPA) office on the 4th floor of the Student Services Center (SSC) to pick up a Postdoctoberfest button to wear during the month of October and to download and use our Postdoctoberfest zoom background. Buttons will be available starting Tuesday, October 3 during standard GEPA office hours (Tue-Thr from 9 am - 4 pm) while supplies last.

Insulated Cooler Bag Giveaway

Current UCSD postdocs can pick up a free insulated cooler bag from the Division of Graduate Education and Postdoctoral Affairs (GEPA) office on the 4th floor of the Student Services Center (SSC). Join the PDA Board EDI Committee and your fellow postdocs for a night filled with strategic fun and friendly competition. Whether you are a board game enthusiast or just looking for a fun evening, this event is for you. We'll have a variety of board games available for everyone to enjoy, and if you have a cherished favorite from your childhood, please bring it along to share with everyone! We will have some snacks and non-alcoholic drinks to share, however please feel free to bring your favorite munchies. Or how you can leverage your natural abilities to do even better?  Utilizing results from your CliftonStrengths assessment, we will explore the ways you are currently utilizing your strengths and how you can tap into these abilities to achieve your goals.  Please register by 10/16 to receive instructions for completing the CliftonStrengths assessment in advance of the workshop.  Zoom information will be sent to registrants after they complete their assessment.
